Booking Conditions:

A non refundable deposit of 25% to be paid at time of booking, the remaining 75% to be paid no less than four weeks before departure to the villa. All monies to be paid via BACS.

The villa is normally booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis, check in time from 2pm and check out time no later than 10am.

All additional maid services must be paid direct to villa staff on day of works in cash (euros).

Please note: a €250.00 cash deposit will be required at check in. This will be returned on check out less any agreed damages

Notes on prices:

Prices are for the property per week.

Prices include change of Towels & Sheets each Saturday & cleaning of villa. Pool service each Friday (1 hour), Gardens tended each Thursday (2 hours)
No Beach Towels included.
Monthly lets at 10% discount. Winter two monthly lets at 15% discount.
Winter monthly lets - no cleaning, towels, or laundry included.
Changeover day Saturday. However, out of season, or for monthly bookings we are flexible on this point.
