Overview

Mechanical installation of traditional pre-fabricated mechanical services risers and commissioning loops over 36 floors.

Comprising welded carbon steel pipework from 300mm down to 65mm. Socketed and screwed pipework from 50mm down to 25mm.

Installed systems included gas, critical chilled, chilled water, LTHW.

Along with the installation of the commissioning loops to our own riser pipework we also installed the necessary loops to other contractor’s modular riser installations.

Coordinating services in tight confined spaces combined with our pipework fabrication expertise lead to improved re-routing and site runs at riser bases.
