Regent House is a multi-use development consisting of 6 floors of office space and 8 floors of high end apartments, interlinked by a commercial space on the Ground floor, with 2 basements, multiple stair cores, residential facilities, concierge and reception areas.

BOX MEP Ltd undertook the Mechanical pipework and Electrical installation of shell and core services, including plantrooms, risers, corridor distribution and gas pipework. Electrical apartment fit out over 8 floors of high end residential plots. Public health install within communal areas, including 2^nd fix of bespoke sanitary-ware.

6 floors of Cat B office spaces were also fitted out by BOX MEP Ltd and of course all associated testing and certification were completed in line with all works undertaken at Regent.
